Vision XXI is the premier leadership development program of the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce, designed to cultivate a well-informed, engaged, and connected network of local leaders. This immersive, nine-month experience equips participants with the knowledge, relationships, and skills necessary to shape the future of Harker Heights and the surrounding region.

Class 2025-2026 Program Overview
Each class meets for a full day on the first Thursday of each month, beginning in August 2025 and concluding in April 2026. Monthly sessions are centered around key sectors that influence the quality of life and economic vitality in our region.

  • August 7th - Orientation Day
  • September 4th - Local Government Day
  • October 2nd - Fort Hood Day
  • November 6th - Quality of Life Day
  • December 4th - Community Service Day
  • January 8th - Medical Day
  • February 5th - Texas Capitol Day
  • March 5th - Education Day
  • April 2nd - Graduation 🎓

2025-2026 Class Project

In partnership with the City of Harker Heights and the renovation of Kern Park, the class is fundraising to install the city’s first official pollinator garden. 


The garden will feature Texas native plants, pollinator-nourishing flowers, a bench, peace pole, and donor recognition signs creating a peaceful, welcoming space for the community to enjoy.
