Macy earned her bachelor's degree from Texas Woman's University and is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at The Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University. She is a native Texan and grew up in North Texas. She is active in her church and co-chairs the annual Festival of Trees fundraiser. Macy is currently a board trustee of the AdventHealth Foundation Board and the board secretary for Wreaths for Vets. She is the past Treasurer for the Harker Heights Rotary Club. She completed Vision XXI Leadership in 2018 and was selected as the Rising Star honor graduate. Macy and her husband, Brandon, have three children — Beau, Dawson and Shiloh. Their favorite thing to do is to take a few trips to Disney World each year!
